Alicja Borowicz has my thanks for all her help. My mortgage agent introduced us, and she was a strong advocate right from the start. She guided me through apartment viewings and stayed with me through the property transfer and entitlement process at the Notary's office. She also helped translate documents, then continued helping after the purchase by arranging transfers for the gas, tax, property tax, and energy titles. The houses themselves aren't so bad, but I don't think the experience is worth it. They charge 100 pln for cleaning, no matter how long you stay. For a one-night booking, you have to travel all the way to sopot just to pick up the key, then go back there to return it. A taxi is the only quick option, which means spending even more, and hauling all your luggage around like that for one night is awful.
