The apartment is beautiful, but getting hold of the owner could've been easier. They don't answer calls and only text back.

Everything was easy and nice. Great location and a nice design.

The walls under the sink and inside the cabinets are black with mold. There's also water sitting beneath the buildings, forming a foul-smelling pool, and the whole place reeks of decay and mildew. I found the hygiene appalling. This goes far beyond a low standard and feels like a public health threat. There was no way to contact the owner, so the issue has been reported to Booking. They are selling rooms that aren't fit for people to live in. A disgrace.

We stayed in winter with two small children, and the apartment was unbearably cold at night. The bathroom only reached 15 degrees Celsius. My husband would turn up the stove heat, then someone would lower it remotely. There was also a terrible smell whenever we drained the bathtub or sink. Cleanliness was mostly okay, but there were mouse droppings behind the beds. Parking on Ogrodowa Street cost 120 złoty per day, so you have to hunt all over Sopot for somewhere else to park. This place shouldn't be open year-round. It was a disaster, cold and smelly, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The Booking.com photos were probably taken 10 years ago.
