Hello Sopot by OneApartments

Really nice, clean, modern apartment, just a two-minute walk from the beach and five minutes from the pier in Sopot. Check-in was online, so there was no need to collect keys. 🔝

The location is a big plus, and the only positive thing I can say. When we booked through Booking, there was no mention of a security deposit. Getting it back became a problem, and we had to call twice to ask for it. I booked on Booking before we arrived. On arrival day, the lady told me to swipe my card to get the money, even though the booking had come through Booking. We did, which felt very strange since we book places often and had never run into this before. A week later, a lot of money was gone from my account. All the transactions were foreign. That bank account had only been set up two months before our visit, and the card wasn't linked anywhere. The “apartment” is really one apartment split into three smaller rooms. The balcony was in terrible shape, with a pigeon nest above it, and the lighting was coming loose. The cleaning ladies shouted to each other in the hallway right outside the door, making the stay incredibly enjoyable.

Everything was as described, and the office was great to communicate with. I stayed on Helska Street in Sopot, where everything was close at hand.

We'd be happy to come back. The location is amazing, close to the beach and all the seaside attractions, and the service was friendly, helpful, and top-notch. I recommend it!
