Mr. Aleksander was the one bright spot. He stepped in and fixed our broken bed, while the rest of the stay was disappointing. We found a mouse, first on the first floor and then downstairs. That's absolutely unacceptable here. The room also had leftovers from previous guests: a child's sock, three blueberries, and a toy car. It makes the cleaning feel superficial, if it happens at all. The room was too cold, and the whole place felt neglected. Dirt, a stench, and a sense of poverty.

What a disaster. It's dirty, there's a damp smell, and cobwebs hang right over your head. The beds are broken and the TVs don't work. I wouldn't recommend it!!!
