The location is fantastic, right on the beach in Sopot, and the pitch for our camper had lots of space. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Some earlier reviews say there are only two shared showers for the whole campsite, but that's simply not true. They must have missed the other large, modern shower and toilet block, with separate male and female areas and multiple showers in each. It was always kept very clean. All in all, a great campsite at a fair price for the location and facilities.

The reception guys were friendly, and the kitchen worked well. But depending on what we paid, we probably won't come back. We stayed for a week in a tiny house the owner calls a Bungalow, on a camping ground two minutes' walk from the beach. At first everything looked fine, but a few things became an issue during the stay. The couch looked like a whole battalion had slept on it. The wooden slats kept flipping out and I had to put them back. Underneath, it was rusty, and the mattress was worn out. There was no towel for doing the dishes. The bathroom was really small and smelled bad. The children's double bed had wooden planks instead of a slatted base, and I don't know what kind of standard that is. In the last few days, some random guys put up tents right under the bedroom and children's bedroom windows. Having a campsite directly in front of the house was confusing. There's a wooden deck outside, but you don't want to sit there with random tents in front of you. The Bungalow looked very used overall, and when strong wind rattled it, it felt like everything inside would fall apart.

The staff were generally good and helpful, and the location was great, just a two-minute walk to the beach, with a beach walk into town. Check-in with our tent was quick, but we won't return. The road around the campsite was in bad shape, so a low car would struggle without scraping. There were two toilet blocks. The lower one by the tents was always muddy from people going in and out, and the toilets weren't cleaned properly during our stay. The upper toilets near reception were better maintained, with free showers and hot water. But the main toilet door was always left open when you came out of the shower, so the public could see inside. The lower camping area where we stayed was very uneven, making it impossible to find a good pitch. When it rained, it flooded and became unpleasant. After heavy rain, a huge branch fell from a tree and hit a tent with two people inside. That made me feel unsafe, so we left the next day. The pitch is under massive pine trees, and after that incident I felt it wasn't safe to camp there. There were electricity points around the campsite, but electricity was very expensive for Poland.

We’ve stayed here three times now. The location is really handy, near the beach and the SKM, which gets you around to other places. There weren’t any noisy beach bars or discos nearby during our stay, from 29.06-02.07. It was quiet too, except last year when a loud machine ran through the night near Marriot, so we moved rooms. The reception building amenities were cleaned often, even though it rained for three of our four days. My one small gripe is that there’s no little convenience shop on the property, which is why I took off a star for services.
