The apartment is run-down, and the balcony railing isn’t attached. I have a video for the Building Inspection. There’s no warning that it may be impossible to sleep here because the apartment borders the railway tracks.

The apartment was very pleasant and clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Being close to the train tracks didn’t bother us either. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.
