The hotel was very helpful when our son left his sweater behind, and they got it back to us quickly. We had a fantastic stay at Kyriad Stargard with our three kids. The rooms were clean, roomy, and connected, which suited our family perfectly. Having two full bathrooms was a real bonus, and the modern decor felt welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice, but tables weren't cleared and food wasn't replenished very quickly. I'd suggest having more than one server, especially on busy weekends. Parking was a little tricky with construction nearby, though manageable. We'd definitely return!

We slept well, and the room itself was nice. But we were charged twice for the rooms, first at the hotel and later on my credit card. I've contacted them several times and sent receipts and bank account statements, yet I still haven't got my money back after 2.5 months. They don't even respond anymore. Sadly, very disappointing. Be aware of this when you check out.

I've stayed here several times, and every visit has been very pleasant. The hotel also has a high-quality restaurant and a sauna room.

This fairly new hotel offers excellent service. The staff are attentive and friendly, always making guests feel welcome. Rooms are clean, well soundproofed, and properly climatized, so it's easy to get a quiet, uninterrupted rest. Breakfast has a good range of choices for different tastes, and dinner at the restaurant is enjoyable, with great service and a nice atmosphere. A highly recommended place to stay!

The hotel is near the old town center, inside the walls. It has spacious, no-frills rooms, and kudos for the TV's universal screencast capability. The breakfast spread could be improved, and housekeeping missed a detail by leaving out a pillow.
