Alicja runs the guesthouse and was so kind and helpful. The place itself is really well equipped and comfortable, and we felt at home. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Being so close to the lake and nature makes the setting beautiful. We loved it and will definitely come back.

We spent a few days at Gościńcu Pluski and came away very happy. The apartment was cozy, clean and equipped with what we needed, and the area was quiet and scenic, just right for a break in nature. We also had excellent contact with the person looking after the apartment, which made the trip even nicer. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a chance to relax.

This is about the Olimpijska 21 Apartments in Olsztyn, run by ELITE4RENT, also from Gościniec Pluski. I'm describing what happened with ELITE4RENT, not every company at the Olimpijska 21 development, since several companies operate apartments there. For the May long weekend we paid for a three-bedroom apartment with a living room. On arrival, we were given a two-bedroom place with a living room instead. Alicja said she didn't know what to do and couldn't help, blaming a system error. Our choices were to stay there or go home and get a refund for the stay, with our travel costs and lost time ignored. She also suggested, absurdly, that one couple could sleep in her apartment if we didn't like it. After a lot of tense, unpleasant discussion, we accepted half our money back and stayed. Nobody wanted to turn around after arriving or lose the time already spent, so we decided to make do. The transfer was meant to arrive the next day, May 2nd, but it didn't, supposedly because the accounting office was closed. Then there were several days without any response. When we finally got through, the agreed refund had changed to 1/3 of the price or a half-price stay in September. After that service, what a joke. In the end, we had to accept 1/3 of the price. When we tried to explain the situation, Alicja hung up in the middle of the conversation. The whole experience was disappointing, and the service felt unprofessional and unpleasant.

The apartments were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. A few things could be better, though. We needed more basics like cups, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom had no fan or window, so airing it out was difficult. Water spilled out of the shower whenever we opened its door, and when the drain clogged, we couldn't clear it without professional help. It turned into a real deluge. When we stayed in early August, work on the driveway was still going on. I understand the owner wanted to earn from the apartments, but having a construction site outside the window was uncomfortable, especially with workers coming onto the terrace to fix some bricks. I'd suggest better supplies, looking into the bathroom issues and, above all, finishing the renovations as soon as possible. Apart from that, everything was fine and I can confidently recommend the apartments.
