Ask about the prices before ordering, because the menu prices aren't right. Service was almost nonexistent. The place is quite nice but could use a refresh. We used to come every time we were in Poland, but we won't be coming back.

The lake view is gorgeous, and there weren't many tourists around when I stayed. You can rent a kayak or pedal boat, swim, or just sit by the water with a drink. The staff were real professionals, polite and always smiling. The rooms are a standard size, not especially large, but clean and tidy, mostly wood. That fits the surroundings, though I think a slightly more modern style would work better. Prices were a little high for my taste, but in the end, money well spent. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The lake and the nature around it look amazing, and the view is beautiful. The pool and SPA area were really nice, and the food was good and fresh. The place was clean, looked great, and the people were kind, spoke English and helped however they could. Great choice for a weekend getaway. A few things bothered me: the table in the room was oversized and took up too much space, and there was a strange smell. The furniture looked good but wasn't comfortable, apart from the bed and hammock. Some blinds or dark curtains would be great, and renting a bicycle cost too much.

The restaurant gave me the worst experience. I wasn't staying at the hotel and ordered a coffee; the woman made it seem like she was doing me a huge favor by selling it. Once I'd taken it, she noticed my little dog. The restaurant was empty, but then came the next issue: dogs aren't allowed. She said she wouldn't have sold me the coffee if she'd known. The attitude toward people, even those who aren't hotel guests, was awful. The whole place had the worst energy.
