Once we found the cottage, we had a really nice stay. It was tucked behind another orange one, and the sign was so small we couldn’t spot it at first. The rooms were very well kept. When we said it would be three of us, my grandparents and granddaughter, they set up a double bed and a single bed. There’s a playground on the grounds, and you can have a barbecue. Everyone was very friendly. To get into town, we went through the gate separating “Hubertówka” from the colony, then walked a short way along the street. The sea is a bit far, but that’s no problem by car. The concentration camp is eight kilometers away, and there’s a water park too. I highly recommend it and would love to go back.
