Apartament Igor

The apartment has potential, but it needs a proper clean, and something needs to be done about the rodent crawling around at night. On the plus side, there’s plenty of space, a furnished kitchen, a washing machine in the bathroom, a kitchen table and chairs, a large TV in the kitchenette, and free parking nearby. The location is good too, close to shops and restaurants. There were a lot of problems, though. No shower gel dispenser or bathroom cabinet for toiletries, and you can see straight inside through the main entrance door. The sofa bed in the main part of the building was dirty. Cleaning was poor, with cobwebs, spiders, and lots of mosquitoes. At night, I heard shuffling and scratching in the walls and above the door frame, probably a rat had gotten in. The door lock sticks, and the outlet by the washing machine is broken, so you have to use an extension cord and another outlet. The windows are small, there’s no TV in the bedroom, and despite the air fresheners and airing the place out, it smells very unpleasant.
