The location is great, close to Śnieżnik trails, ski slopes, and lovely towns nearby. The whole property and rooms were clean and tidy, and there was plenty of privacy. Inside, guests can use a spacious, well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a big shared living room, a great spot to spend time together. The owners were kind, easy to reach, flexible, and helpful with every question, so we felt comfortable throughout. The sauna was ready when we called ahead, and the fireplace made evenings feel cozy. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing break any time of year, especially for families with children.

There's barely any sign of the flooding now, apart from the photos. The host was wonderful and very helpful, and the place itself is fantastic. The garden by the river is large, with a playground and trampoline for children, plus a fire pit, grill area, sauna, and EV charger if you need one. There's also a lovely common room with a kitchen and table football. Highly recommend.

The sauna area is the best part, thoughtfully set up with everything you need to enjoy it. The garden is lovely and lit beautifully at night, with a gazebo and barbecue, swings, and everything available for guests. The facility is new and very well equipped. The owner is so helpful and open-minded. It's wonderful that places like this, and people like this, exist. Thank you for your hospitality. We'll definitely visit again.

We spent two fantastic days here with friends and would happily recommend it. The grounds are quiet and peaceful, with a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard, gazebo, and barbecue. Our clean, spacious rooms were cozy and fully equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen after long days of sightseeing. We felt welcome right away. The owner was polite and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. We'd definitely return if we're in the area. Thanks for having us!
