Hotel Kiston

I really enjoyed the peaceful, nature-filled setting and the attentive staff, who were always happy to help. The spa was a lovely place to unwind, with an indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. My room was modern, roomy, clean, and elegantly decorated. There was a good spread at breakfast, and the restaurant served tasty traditional dishes with a refined touch. I’d happily recommend Kiston Hotel & SPA for a relaxing stay.

I was there for three days, in December, and the warmth of Kiston’s staff more than made up for the cold outdoors. The service was impeccable, the setting was great, and the food was really good and tasty.

The pool was clean and nicely heated, so it was easy to relax there. Everything felt well organized, and the place had a calm, elegant atmosphere that made the stay memorable. A special thank-you to the reception and kitchen staff, who were consistently kind, professional, and attentive. I’d definitely recommend Kiston Hotel.

Even with a couple of comfort issues, I came away thinking this was a remarkable place to stay. The room and some indoor areas felt poorly insulated, and cold came through despite the heating. The staff took the concern seriously and brought an electric warmer, which helped. The grounds are beautiful, with broad gardens, a peaceful pond, and a wall that gives the property a castle-like feel. Indoors, the decor blends luxury and coziness, with modern comfort alongside classic details. The whole setting feels almost like a fairy tale, and I think it’s worth visiting if you can live with a few small imperfections.
