Eurohotel Swarzędz

There’s a lot to do both inside and outside, including the swimming pool, sauna and other activities. Use the free ticket for them! Breakfast, the rooms and the service were all awesome. We’ll be back 🤗

My main reason for choosing this place was the location and the dedicated parking, which suited my trip. The staff were friendly and the service was okay, but the sheets had stains, the beds weren’t comfortable, and the towels were quite small. It also seemed more like a business conference hotel than somewhere for a romantic getaway, which I hadn’t realized when booking. A warning for English speakers: even rooms listed as having a “double bed” only have twin-sized beds. I made the mistake of booking separate single beds as a newlywed and was pretty sad about it. That was my fault, not the hotel’s, but I wanted to warn anyone who might not understand Polish well. The worst incident happened on the second-to-last night. At 12:30 a.m., music from the hallway intercom speakers woke me up. There was an 18th birthday party downstairs in the restaurant. My Polish is minimal, but from what I understood when I spoke with the woman downstairs, the front desk employee who knew how to control the speakers had set up the music, accidentally sent it through the hotel intercom, then left and wouldn’t return until 2:00 a.m. It was really annoying. The woman offered earplugs, which was kind of her, and the mistake wasn’t her fault. I hope they work out how to play music downstairs without broadcasting it through the hallways and show everyone how to do that in future.

Avoid this hotel. People were drunk and yelling in the hallways, and the hotel doesn’t respect quiet hours. When the restaurant is rented out for a party, everyone else seems to be disregarded.

We came from Belgium to help Ukrainians, and the hotel generously gave all three of us a free stay and breakfast as part of the action. The staff were smiling and very pleasant, and our clean rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had lots of choice. We can’t thank you enough for the warm welcome and generosity!
