An outstanding place to stay, and the breakfasts are legendary :)

The living room is a lovely place to spend an evening, with two big tables, books, board games, and a fireplace. The cottage also has a large garden and a gazebo that, though a bit neglected, works well for sitting or having breakfast. I wish the garden were landscaped better, and a hammock or swing would be a nice addition. The house is right by Zdrojowy Park, so it’s peaceful despite being in the center, close to the train station and a Biedronka supermarket. The owner calls before check-in to explain how everything works and sends restaurant suggestions. A kind, helpful caretaker cleans the shared spaces every morning, and they’re spotless each day. There’s one refrigerator for four rooms, which becomes a problem when the house is full. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, and drip coffee maker. Filters are provided, but you have to bring your own coffee. One thing that may bother light sleepers is the creaking stairs and floors, especially in the rooms above. It does add to the charm of an old wooden house.

The house is quiet and clean, and it’s well equipped. The owner is very nice, and the helper is caring. Wi-Fi works well, and there’s fenced parking nearby. I recommend it.

It’s right in the center, almost in the spa park, which is great, yet it stays peaceful and quiet.
