The room design was nice, the bathroom had underfloor heating, and the receptionists were kind. Breakfast was plentiful, and the wellness area, with its whirlpool, pool, and sauna, was nice. The location is quiet but close to the center. For the price, the stay was fair. Our room was on the third floor, with a terrace beneath the air conditioning system serving the whole hotel, so it was noisy. The room also felt overheated, the parking area was small, and the fridge didn’t work well.

The area is nice, with some cool bike trails, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff seemed unwilling and unprofessional, the receptionist didn’t speak English, the rooms were a bit worn and could use renovation, and the manager didn’t seem focused on guests. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, and I was put in a temporary room without being told. The next morning, the manager came over and said, “You have to move to another room,” without apologizing or saying sorry. After we argued, I decided to cancel my stay and leave. There are plenty of hotels around. Hotel Cottonia, for example, is much better, especially in how its staff treat customers.
