Ambria Apartments Platan Complex

This was our third time renting an apartment here. They've all been clean, well kept, and had everything you need, with fair prices too. We'll definitely rent through Ambria again when we visit Swinoujscie next time.

I strongly don't recommend this place because of its customer service. The pet policy is confusing: the initial information said pets cost 150 PLN per stay without restrictions, but I was then told they don't accept pets at all for two weeks. Their own terms and the Booking.com description don't match. I only asked a question and wasn't given that information in advance. I also wasn't shown anything in the terms or listing that explained why you canceled my stay, so now I have to change my vacation plans. That's typical consumer misinformation. My cats aren't long-haired. They travel with me everywhere and have been used to it since they were little. Being away from me is what stresses them, not a change of place. Please don't hide incompetence behind fake concern for the cats. If I'd arrived and they had nowhere to stay, would you really have cared about their best interests? The misleading description makes it seem like you don't.

The shops are just around the corner, and the train station is close by. Our apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, for a reasonable price. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly, and since the apartment was ready, they let us check in early. Perfect, highly recommended! 😉

This was our fourth holiday apartment booked through Ambria Apartments in Świnoujście, and we've always been very happy. The apartments are beautifully furnished, very clean, and have the latest technology. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. For the standard, the price is much lower than comparable apartments on the German side. Świnoujście also has all the advantages of a city. There’s plenty of shopping, places to eat, and things to do, with more variety and lower prices, and shops and restaurants stay open much later. You can still find an open restaurant after 9 pm, or go shopping on a Sunday or public holiday. We're very satisfied and will definitely book here again.
