Right by the promenade, the location was perfect. The apartment was functional, but nowhere near five-star quality. Several things were broken, including the bed frame, towel rack, seating, and blinds. In Germany, I don't think that would get a five-star rating. The windows also needed better sealing. There was quite a draft, and it took a long time to warm the apartment properly. For those issues, the price felt far too high for that time of year.

The only thing I liked was how close it was to the sea and promenade. This so-called “luxury apartment” didn't make me happy: the bedside lamps couldn't be plugged in, the bathroom had only soap and no other amenities, and there was no breakfast. There wasn't even a parking space.

The location is fantastic, with our room right on the promenade. But German grandmas and grandpas are ready for bed by 10 p.m., so it wasn't much fun if you wanted to party. The other areas were pretty subdued too. And in August 2022, there were mosquitoes everywhere...

Each of the three bedrooms has its own balcony, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There was also a sauna, a massage chair, and a comfortable living and dining area. The apartment is fantastic! We only got to stay for a few days, which was far too short, and it's booked up for the rest of the year. We'll come back next year. Thank you!
