Apartamenty Swinoujscie – Lissa

Apartment no. 5 is in a great spot, with everything nearby and a shop just around the corner. The rooms were relatively clean, though the kitchen counters were a little dirty and there were a few hairs in different places. The amenities were good and everything was provided, but the frying pan needs replacing and the long broom is missing. Best regards, and I recommend it.

The location was phenomenal, just a two-minute walk from the beach. We stayed a few days in apartment no. 11, which has lovely glazed windows looking out over the nearby cafes and a large balcony that suited us perfectly. The place was clean, with fresh standard hotel bedding. I was surprised to find a clean tagged cloth, a sponge, and dish soap in the kitchen. It had everything needed for everyday life, and the vacuum cleaner came in handy after the beach. The elevator worked down to -1°C, so moving our luggage was easy. Highly recommended!

We'd book this lovely apartment again. It's clean, spacious, and laid out well for two, with enough room for both of us to sit comfortably on the balcony. The house has exterior blinds, and we slept wonderfully. The beds were spotless, firm, and not worn out. The kitchen was well equipped, though it didn't have a bottle opener.

The location is fantastic, with the promenade 50 meters away, a grocery store next door, and the beach 200 meters away. There's a very nice photo showing a route with no steps. We were satisfied overall, but the cleaning was a real letdown. The towels were dirty, some with footprints on them, the cupboards were thick with dust, and there was sand on the floor. There were also white stains on the laundry detergent, and we don't want to guess what caused them. Most of the cleaning crew are Ukrainian women, and I found their work completely incompetent. The room had no air conditioning or even a fan. I suggest the owner take a closer look at the cleaning crew, since they're wasting a lot of space.
