Apartamenty Swinoujscie - Lividus

A lovely spot, not far from the promenade and especially the wonderful beach. It's a fantastic dog-friendly hotel, with very experienced staff and a generous breakfast with lots of variety. We'll definitely come back.

The buffet was good, and there was a sauna and a pool. The pool is a little small and can get really crowded. Our room was nice and well cared for.

The apartments were very nice, in a quiet, peaceful location just a short walk from the promenade and beach.

The beachside location deserves the one star. Reception staff were moody and unfriendly, as though every word was an effort. We booked rooms with excellent amenities, then were suddenly given shabby, dirty ones instead. For that kind of money, we ended up in a run-down apartment with used towels on the beds, empty bottles and scraps of rubbish around. The toilet seat was broken, and sand was still all over the room. We moved in like that and spent two hours cleaning it ourselves. German TV was practically impossible to watch because the picture kept cutting out. They said they'd look into it, but the issue wasn't fixed. Don't offer it as a service if it doesn't work. When we raised these problems, staff were rude, waved us away and claimed they didn't understand German. Later they spoke German after all and threatened us with defamation. Best to have someone with you as a witness when you bring up a problem. Not recommended!
