The biggest issue was the new hotel construction about 50 meters away as the crow flies. Work started at 7 in the morning, and the noise was unbearable. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked Stella Baltic Apartment No. 52 in Świnoujście. Inside, it was clean, warm, and comfortably furnished, though a little dated. The bed was 1.60 m wide and very hard, with the mattress resting on a wooden board instead of a slatted base. There was no oven, microwave, or dishwasher. The light strip beneath the wall cabinets didn't work, so lighting was limited. The bedroom pleated blind was broken, there were no curtains, and the bedroom radiator ran constantly because it had no thermostat sensor. A wasp nest under the bedroom window meant wasps came inside whenever the window was tilted open. The shower doors didn't line up or close properly, leaving the bathroom floor wet and slippery. We love Świnoujście and have already booked another place for next time, in a quieter area that's still affordable.

The terrace photos look very different from what you actually get at the so-called apartment at Świnoujście, ul. Monte Casino 10. It was filthy, with dirty walls and damaged furniture. I've never seen a bathroom so dirty on arrival, and the shower head was a disaster.

The office staff at Matejki 13 are a real find. The man there was amazing, and the service was top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend Baltic Apartments, and would happily recommend them again!

We were delighted with the wellness area, with its sauna, whirlpool, and large swimming pool, all in great condition. The whole place felt modern, and our apartment on the 5th floor was easy to reach by elevator. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and we were even allowed to check in at 12:00 PM as an exception. Thanks again to the friendly office employee who helped us the day before. They handed over the keys in a very friendly way and went through the other details with us. There was underground parking with an elevator for the vehicle, which was very cool. We'd love to come back. Keep up the good work!
