Baltic Park Plaza

I had one bath towel and one small towel for my four-day stay. When I called the office to ask for another, the woman said a second towel was provided only for stays over 10 days. She seemed surprised that I needed more than one towel for four days, and she spoke with a Ukrainian accent. If that's the policy, it should be stated in the Visito listing. During booking, it says towels are provided, which was my only complaint about the apartment.

The rooms were clean, and we were close to the sea. Everything was great.

The place was very clean and the service was good, but the furnishings weren't for me, and the price felt too high for what you get. Apartments are furnished a bit differently, and mine had awful mattresses and a bedroom layout that hadn't been thought through. The underground parking was the biggest problem. My X5 wouldn't fit, and trying to get in risked damaging the car. That's "Polish engineering" for you. I'd park outside. This holiday cost too much. For that price, you could rent a beach house in the Caribbean. It's my second and last holiday in Poland.

The apartment was badly equipped and not cleaned properly. The pots and pans smelled and hadn't been washed, and the curtains were dirty and drawn. They charge 300 PLN for cleaning, for what? I've stayed with Visito many times, but that's over now. We were regular customers, and this trip was the last straw.
