The location is good, but for nearly 500 zloty a night I expected a lot more. The staff were rude and unfriendly, and the room was dirty and run-down. I was looking forward to stopping here on my way through town, so it was a real disappointment.

We mainly wanted a pool where the kids could swim, and that worked out well. The location is very good, and the staff were nice. Not all the spa facilities were working, though, and breakfast was good.

The conservatory looking out over the spa promenade was a nice spot to relax, and the gated parking lot is small. Cold and hot drinks are available to buy at reception. The owner was consistently friendly and accommodating, though the staff didn't give us the same impression, including in the spa area, where I'd have liked more warmth. We stayed for the second time, but didn't use the pool again after our first visit because it was so cold then. The fitness room now has four machines. We came in winter, when the small, cozy hotel wasn't full. Its position right on the spa promenade is ideal, and our room, bathroom, and the rest of the building were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, tasty, and plentiful. Lunch was served at the table, but the portions were tiny, with never more than a tablespoon of sauce. The flavor could be better, and I felt they were cutting corners on cost.
