The hotel itself is beautiful, first class, and in an excellent location, with friendly, helpful staff and great service. But I couldn’t get to the beach in my wheelchair because there was only sand and no paved access. We always had to use a more distant entrance, which other guests noticed too. That’s unacceptable for a renowned hotel. Parents with strollers and people using walkers couldn’t get to the beach either. What a shame. Maybe it’ll work on our next visit.

The location and view are amazing, and it’s absolutely clean. But a few years ago, after construction, the place was really great, and now the building is showing its age. The floors, walls, and furniture aren’t in the best shape, and it isn’t maintained as well as you’d expect. The service from Sun&Snow felt a bit arrogant and uninterested 🤷🏼♂️ Not much else to say.

Maybe timing and ordering make a difference, but for that price I’d rather go to the South and get full service. It was a bit dirty, the furniture needed repairs, and I came away disappointed. I expected more.
