The apartment was very hot, with poor ventilation and hardly any space. There was no internet, except it only worked in the bathroom. The location was noisy with traffic around the clock, and there was no privacy with housing right in front. The garage gate didn't work properly either. Stay away!🙏

We booked through Booking.com, but the address sent by text was different. The location itself was okay. The apartment was missing a lot of basics: no dustpan for rubbish, no soup ladle, and no paper towels, though there was a cloth. There was only the basic cutlery, plus three chopping knives 😉, so we had to use a fork on the frying pan. For cleaning, there was just one soap that was meant for the dishes, floor, and toilet, and no air freshener, psst. We got 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for four people over three days, unless those little promotional soaps were meant to replace it, but there was no bidet. For once, there wasn't even a bit of salt or sugar left by previous guests, let alone coffee or tea.

The central Swinoujscie location was excellent, and that's the only thing I liked. The garage barriers didn't work properly, and staff were rarely around. When someone was there, English was hard to communicate in and German was even worse. The apartment was far too small for four people. The bathroom was reasonably clean, but the bedding and dishes were dirty and the whole place felt run-down. It was just about okay for sleeping, which may be what you'd expect for the price, but I can't recommend it. Cleanliness needs urgent attention.

The photos made the accommodation look better than it was. The room was far too small for four, and I ended up sleeping on a mat I had brought for two nights because the sofa bed didn't have enough space. There was no service and the transponders didn't work. €38 for two nights is a disgrace.
