The doctor's appointment felt like being processed in a crowd, and the mud pack was so thin, about like a tissue. I've had much better. Food was a letdown too: some of it arrived cold, and the same meals came around every three days. We couldn't face another serving of mashed potato. We both went home with pneumonia, perhaps because the inhalers were only cursorily disinfected. We wouldn't recommend the place.

There's a parking lot behind the building, which was a plus. The guesthouse itself is small and cramped, with awful acoustics and doors that don't block sound, like in a residential building. Rooms are on the ground floor by the entrance or bar, and in the evenings we could hear noise from other rooms. You can't get to the bar after 8 p.m.

It's handy for the beach, which is close by, but the rooms are very small. Breakfast and dinner were okay. For a really good holiday, I'd book a more upscale hotel.

The place is closed after a change of owner and is due to operate as Harmony House.
