The walls were the one small drawback, since we could hear everything through them and found that a little disturbing. Apart from that, it was perfect. The receptionist was extremely helpful and nice, and the hotel is lovely and close to Zakopane. I’d recommend a stay here if you’re heading that way.

A small shop by the entrance and a good location near Zakopane were convenient. The rooms were cozy and clean, and nearby street and train station noise didn’t bother me. There were some heating issues, but they didn’t interfere with the stay. Reception communication was difficult, as there was no English or Russian, only Polish, and there weren’t enough parking spaces.

A good choice for families with kids. Breakfast had plenty of options, so be sure to order it ahead. The room was clean and even smelled nice, and the woman at the desk was friendly and well-mannered. We had a very cozy stay and highly recommend it.

The room was huge and comfortable, and everything felt new and clean. We loved the countryside and the amazing views of High Tatras. The owners were very friendly, and there’s a well-stocked shop on the hotel’s ground floor. Getting there was easy, with a large car park. Good leisure centers with outdoor swimming pools and saunas are not far from Nowe Izby. We wish we’d stayed longer, and I can recommend this place without hesitation.

The food was delicious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the place is just outside Zakopane. We had a great stay.
