The views are nice and the food is decent, so the hotel itself is fine. The reception service, though, is surly. The team seem very good at not looking up from their screens when people come in or leave. When we asked if anyone could help because the WiFi code made no sense and didn’t work, we were told no one in the building could possibly help. A real masterclass in anti-service. 👏
10/10
The food is creative, and you can tell Head Chef Roman is a perfectionist about every dish’s smell, taste, and presentation. The restaurant feels modern, and he and the staff are amazing. Overall, an amazing dining experience.
10/10
The reception staff were absolutely friendly, and the rooms are superb quality. Internet access is free, and so is the room. The large dining room is a real value.
