The restaurant staff were so courteous and friendly, always ready to put a smile on my face. Since I'm vegetarian, the chef made me a special meal apart from the buffet, and it was lovely, one of the best of its kind. I was given a room with a river view, and the hospitality was tremendous from the very beginning. Awesome experience, and I absolutely recommend this place. Special shout-out to the restaurant staff: Mateusz, Natalia, Bartosz.

For what I paid, this was terrible. The night before, I stayed at a resort for the same price and it was incredible. Here, the beds were awful, and I had to ask for extra pillows because the ones there were so thin. The towels felt like sandpaper. Breakfast was disappointing and doesn't start until 8, so it won't suit you if you need an early start. At 7:30 they wouldn't turn on the coffee machine, and there wasn't any drinkable coffee in the room. There wasn't enough food for the number of guests either. Things kept running out, and the eggs were gone for 20 minutes. There's one coffee maker, so you may wait 10 minutes for a bad coffee. Other places I've stayed in Poland had amazing breakfasts and felt like bargains. Here, I felt I'd overpaid, and I'll stay somewhere else next time.

The setting is lovely, with beautiful landscapes visible from the windows, and the location is convenient. Rooms are comfortable and each has its own distinctive design. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and reception was ready to help with anything. There's even an elevator! A perfect holiday hotel, highly recommended.

The rooms are tidy, and both the staff and the food were excellent. The hotel is very close to the center. We'll definitely come back next summer!

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms weren't cleaned every day and the food was terrible. Breakfast choices were very limited, and water was the only drink on offer.
