The hostess was lovely, and we really enjoyed our girls’ weekend in the white cottage for Women’s Day. There were six of us, and we spent our first evening sipping wine around a big table with about ten chairs and a cornea. The kitchen was very well equipped, even with a small drip coffee maker, which I appreciated. Parking was available, and we could use the jacuzzi and sauna for a very reasonable price. The driveway is steep, as is typical in the Pieniny Mountains, so be warned: without a 2, you might struggle to get up. The mineral water pump room is literally two steps down. I highly recommend it.

A cozy, pleasant place, with parking beside the building. There’s a sauna, jacuzzi, and playroom for children. Shops, a ski slope, an indoor ice rink, and restaurants are all nearby.

Beautiful views and a spot close to the center, with friendly owners. It’s clean, quiet, and tidy, a great place to unwind and recharge. You can grill there, and there’s also a sauna and jacuzzi.

The road was steep and bumpy, so we couldn’t use a stroller at any point during our stay. The location wasn’t ideal for us. I’d also advise settling the bill with the hosts in advance, since they charged extra fees at checkout despite the agreed cottage price. They even charged for a baby only a few months old.

The cottage itself was spacious and easily fit our group of nine, so I have no complaints about that. But when the hostess saw our mixed group, aged 35-60, she seemed to assume we might cause trouble and asked for a 400 PLN deposit. I hadn’t been told about it beforehand, and I booked through Booking.com. Making breakfast took over 40 minutes because the pan for scrambling eggs probably didn’t work with the induction hob, which kept switching off. The notes on the door, fridge, and under the roof window came across as instructions for people expected to be backward and intent on damaging things.
