Willa Kania

We stayed in apartment no. 9 for a comfortable week in Szczawnica, and it had everything we needed. The balcony view is beautiful, and the video is attached. I was also struck by the decorative touches that make the villa feel warm, and by the tourist guides. You can buy pickled saffron milk caps and pumpkin jam on site. 😛 Willa Kania is modern and beautifully finished, with a standard that many star-rated hotels can't match. There's a paved, monitored parking lot, and communication with the owners was excellent. Check-in and check-out times were flexible. We didn't personally use the fitness room or jacuzzi, but they're available. Thanks to the newly built steps near the church, it's only a few minutes' walk to the center.

The room had a mountain view, a kettle, and underfloor heating. There was no radiator in the bathroom, though. We also had a balcony with chairs and a table, plus parking included. The center is about a five-minute walk away, close enough to be convenient but far enough that noise wasn't a problem. In the hallway there's a kitchenette with an espresso machine, washing machine, and large refrigerator, and a hairdryer is provided.

It's a quiet spot close to trails and attractions, and the hosts are friendly. The new, modern building is fully equipped. Outside there's parking, a flower-filled area, a large, well-kept lawn, and a shepherd's hut. It's lovely here.

We stayed in October 2025, and this place topped our earlier stays in Poland. The care given to every possible guest need was amazing. Our kitchenette had every little detail covered, even a coffee machine with different capsules to choose from. There's also a cordless vacuum cleaner and washing machine, and extra "lozenges" in the lobby for getting into the building if you need to come back beyond the standard "allotment." Downstairs, there’s a room with billiards, a ping-pong table, a few exercise machines, and a jacuzzi in the courtyard, with very clear instructions. The facility is fantastic and well equipped, and the location in the old part of the spa is great, near the Palenica cable car and other attractions.
