We arrived late and couldn't get in because the door password they'd sent was wrong. Nobody answered, and we waited more than two hours after midnight for Booking.com to arrange a relocation. The neighborhood seemed unsafe, and parking was awful with no space. Other guests had trouble with the passcode lock too. Cheap Chinese sh. Avoid at all costs!

I booked this place in an emergency for the night, but it wasn't worth what I paid. There were lots of people coming and going, and it didn't seem like anyone kept track of who was staying there.

The place was a warzone, the rooms were awful, and breathing felt impossible. It seemed like housekeeping hadn't been done for about 10 years. There was no cleaning, broken glass in the carpets, and lots of dirt. My little one was bitten by something and ended up with marks all over his body. There was a dog in another room, too. For four people, we got at most one toilet roll, two plates, and two glasses, and there was no kitchen. The towels were only good for your face. There were lots of Ukrainian people, and nothing to do or see around there.

Awful. The carpet was disgusting, and street noise was unbearable. Exhausting stay, yikes!

The room was really dirty and in terrible shape. The receptionist was rude and didn't seem to care about confirming anything for guests.
