Apartamenty Sun & Snow Gryf

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was handy, and pets are welcome. The TV had very few channels, and there’s no parking. The location is amazing, with some very good restaurants nearby.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and really well equipped, with a great location. Shame we could only stay such a short time, but we’ll definitely be back for longer 🙂

The owner was great to communicate with, and I’d happily stay here again. Gryf Apartments has a good location, thoughtful amenities, and a well-designed interior, everything I wanted for a comfortable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The customer service was zero. I had asked for a non-smoking apartment, but the one I booked turned out to be a smoking unit. They moved me to room number 6, which was no better. The floors were dirty, there was dust on the furniture and windowsills, the kettle was broken, and the towels were barely usable for washing my hands. There was no iron or hairdryer, and the rooms smelled bad. I asked for help for two days and got no reply. At the end of the third day, Booking emailed me as though I had canceled the reservation myself. That formally closed my options for reviewing the stay on Booking. It felt like a manipulative tactic. I wondered how they knew my confidential booking PIN, then remembered they had asked for it when the code for room 21 didn't work and they moved me to room 6. Booking gave me 25 euros in compensation. Gryf has stayed silent. I don't recommend this place and advise people to steer clear. I can send a video showing the cleanliness at Gryf if anyone wants specifics.
