The place was filthy, with an awful smell. The walls and bedding were dirty, and the bedding stank. The furniture was broken, and when I told the owner, I was told, “If you don’t like it, please leave.” It’s embarrassing. The appliances were old, and the washing machine was moving all over the bathroom. If you want to run a business like this, you need to invest!

Booking canceled the reservation the day before arrival, supposedly because of an invalid credit card. That makes no sense, as the card is still active and valid. The property doesn’t answer its phones. We regret not checking the reviews sooner. One big scam.

Our reservation was canceled by the property while we were already on our way. They’d oversold it, and there was no communication or reply to our calls and messages. No professionalism and no customer service, just a focus on profit. I travel all over the world and have never experienced this before. Thanks for ruining my May long weekend. I don’t recommend it at all. Less than zero.

We paid a whopping 490 PLN per night and got a smaller apartment than the one we booked. The staff were rude, and they take payments outside Booking because of supposed card problems, even though I added two cards with funds on them. I don’t recommend it at all. The Booking reviews were bought.

We arrived before check-in, but nobody was there to help us. With four children between our two families, we waited outside the apartment for over an hour. After several calls, a nice lady finally answered and gave us another address. The accommodation there was only 20 square meters for eight people, at the same price as the 125-square-meter apartment. She never even came in person. We were put in a difficult situation with four children, and it was really disappointing. I’d booked a week ahead and received confirmation, then was told two hours before check-in that there was a problem with my card and the booking was canceled. We were given two hours to restore it using a valid card. Not recommended :(
