Five Stars Apartments

We were looked after really well, and the staff spoke good English. I arrived earlier than planned and they even let us check in early. The place is right in the old town, with restaurants and malls an easy walk away. I'd recommend it.

We couldn't sleep because the apartment was above a restaurant and noise came through the thin walls. The place was open and noisy, and other apartments were above us too. The furniture and equipment were worn, and cleaning and maintenance were poor. The name "five stars appartment" feels like a bad joke. There was no proper reception. Check-in happened at a table at the back of a coffee shop, which gave a poor first impression. The young woman handed us the keys and said the apartment was on the first floor, even though the receptionist had confirmed the third floor by phone. The parking spot reserved for our car was occupied by someone else, though fortunately another space was free.

The apartment is right in the center of the Old city, and the studio was cozy, spotless, and just like the photos on the website. It's pet friendly too. For a small fee, our pet could have a dog bed, bowl, and snacks. Parking is available right in front of the building, and in this busy old town area it was worth paying for. The staff were friendly and professional, and spoke English. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was genuinely amazing, and the balcony was a quiet place to unwind. The room had all the amenities I needed, plus a view of part of downtown. This is an amazing place to stay in Schechin. Parking costs extra, but it's worth it. I'll definitely come back.
