Hotel Atrium made my boyfriend's birthday feel special. I had asked for a cake, and the staff set up a beautifully decorated breakfast table, brought sparkling wine, and gave us a delicious cake. Their personal birthday wishes were a lovely, touching gesture, and they took care of all our requests so well. The staff were polite, professional, and very pleasant throughout. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, including a good range for vegetarians. Our room was bright, roomy, clean, warm and cozy, with a comfortable bed and very good sound insulation. We had an unforgettable time there, and I sincerely recommend Hotel Atrium to anyone staying in Szczecin.

The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the staff are especially friendly. When I accidentally cut my hand, a young man at reception helped bandage it. Thanks for the hospitality.

8/10
My room felt spacious and luxurious, and the hotel's architecture and carefully kept details made a strong impression. The staff were polite, though at times they seemed a bit inattentive. The service didn't quite match the beauty of the place, but it was still a memorable stay.

The room was spacious, and the whole place felt clean, quiet, and safe. The staff were caring and the service was really good. Breakfast is a tasty buffet for $10 per person, and there's a bar on site too, which was a nice bonus.

The location worked well for us, with the town center walkable and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of different choices, and the ambient music added a nice touch, though the coffee machine was very loud. Our large room was comfortable, but the sleeping sofa wasn't great. It faced the main road, so in summer we wouldn't want to open the windows. On-site parking costs 20 PLZ, which felt too expensive to me. There are cheaper options in front of the hotel and nearby, and they seemed safe from my point of view.
