Top Oder Apartments

We got in at 19:30 after five hours on the road, tired and not keen to hunt for somewhere else. There was a thick layer of dust, dirty, smeared windows, and remote controls that were grimy and sticky. I also heard noise from trams passing right under the window, and was concerned about eavesdropping in the room. These conditions didn't match the positive opinions I'd seen. Maybe we were unlucky, as the owner looked a bit "tired." We talked about the mess while the owner was away, wondering whether we'd stay if the price came down. He wasn't there for that conversation. About ten minutes later he arrived, and when I mentioned our concerns about cleanliness, he said we could cancel. We did. He never mentioned lowering the price, but half an hour later sent an insulting text with insinuations about our finances (photo attached). How he knew we were considering staying if the price dropped, I don't know. He also insulted guests.

The view isn't much, but you're mainly here to sleep, and the room was more than good enough for that. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed, plus a washing machine. Just bring your own detergent.

The neighbors were friendly and helpful, and kept the nighttime quiet hours. The apartment was nicely furnished and had everyday essentials like a fridge, espresso machine, iron, hairdryer, and air conditioning. There's also a washing machine, though I'm not sure it works. The bathroom had been cleaned very thoroughly, and so had the living room carpets. The apartment was fairly clean overall, but there was a lot of dust in the spots people often miss. Still, a great place to stay in Szczecin for a few days.

The apartment is new and well equipped, and there's parking right outside. The kitchen is the weak spot: it doesn't have enough plates or bowls. If you're there for a few days and don't order pizza, you'll have a problem.
