Daj Spokoj

It’s set a little outside the city, so it’s fairly quiet and there aren’t too many people around. The stylish old house has been newly renovated and has what you need for a few days. Maciejk was a kind, helpful host. We were just two, but there are three apartments, so it can fit quite a big group. Good for biking and hiking in summer, and skiing in winter. There’s storage for bikes and skis, plus a washing machine, which matters a lot to sports people like us. I definitely recommend it and will surely come back :)

The service was incredibly friendly, and the location is great. I also loved the tasteful interiors. The house has a lot of history and has been restored with respect for it. It’s made me want to learn more about Beskid architecture.

The breakfasts were delicious and vegetarian, and it’s a great base for mountain trekking. I appreciated that pets are welcome. The owner was friendly and helpful, and communication was always easy, with the stay tailored to guests’ needs. One small thing: our room didn’t feel very well cleaned, with dust and sand around the beds and cabinets. That should be easy to sort out. It’s a place worth visiting, and I’ll definitely return.

Magda and Maciek really look after their guests and know the area well. They can provide breakfast if you ask. I’ve stayed at Daj Spokój several times over the past few years and highly recommend it. The location is close to hiking trails and paths, easy to get to, and just far enough from the noisy center. The old cottage has been beautifully renovated and has a unique atmosphere, with lots of architectural treasures.
