Even with two days of heavy rain that hardly let up, we always found something pleasant to do and never got bored. The hotel has warm-water pools, playgrounds for different ages, billiards, ping-pong tables, and entertainers who arrange lots of fun activities for children. The hotel is very well equipped, and both the kids and we adults were happy with what we experienced. We spent six nights there. All the staff were friendly, especially Mateo, our waiter, who took particular care of us. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

It never felt too crowded, and the food was great. The kids loved the pools. Our stay was absolutely fantastic, though communicating in English wasn’t always easy.

The view is nice and the location is good, but I honestly don’t think the hotel is worth it. Apart from the breakfast setup, we were disappointed, and I’m glad we didn’t book a longer stay. Reaching our room was a real trek: there’s no lift all the way, so after taking one lift to a floor, we had to walk around to get to it. The pun in the hotel was nice, at least.

The spa area was great, and there’s a playroom for kids. We had a good time, with friendly, welcoming staff. One night, though, some very loud women mistook our room for theirs and tried to come in, which made us uncomfortable. It might be better to keep families with children a little apart from guests who are there to party.

You get great views from this location, away from the crowds, and it’s a relaxed half-hour walk to Szczyrk’s main street. Just don’t expect a quiet stay if children in the jacuzzi bother you. It’s a large hotel, and about half the guests during my visit were children, 110 out of 230.
