Qubus Krakow Hotel

The buffet breakfast was generous and had a huge range: muesli, yogurts, around 15 kinds of cheese, cold cuts, roasted dishes, egg choices, salads, vegetables, fruit, pastries, dessert cups, gluten-free bread, lactose-free milk, soft drinks, coffee, tea and fish. There really was something for every taste. I can only recommend it! The wellness area looks out over the Vistula River and the city, a stunning view. It's a lovely space, but quite small, so when the hotel is busy you may have to wait. The steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi each fit around 3-4 people. In the pool, about 3-4 can swim at once, or 6-8 can relax if nobody is swimming. There's also a counter-current lane for one person to swim in place. The room was clean and staff were helpful and kind everywhere. Downtown's main sights are within an easy 30-minute walk. There's a small shop with fairly good prices about three minutes along the river, usually open until 11 p.m., handy for picking something up in the evening. Fantastic place! 😉

The riverfront location was convenient and a relaxing place to come back to after long conference days at the Millionaire Mind Intensive. I stayed at Qubus Hotel Kraków for the event and had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, the staff were professional and friendly, and the Wi-Fi was strong, which I really needed. We spent seven nights at the Qubus Hotel and had a mostly positive stay. Our top-floor room had a lovely city view, check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they let us check in ahead of schedule. The hotel restaurant served enjoyable, straightforward traditional Polish food on the two evenings we ate there. Breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful, and during the holiday period it stayed available until 11 a.m. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk from the Old Town and five minutes from a shopping centre. The wellness facilities looked impressive, with a pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub, but I only got to use the hot tub twice in the whole week because it was almost always occupied. That's understandable in a shared space. The bigger problem was children running around unsupervised, jumping in and out of the tub and making the pool area chaotic and sometimes unusable. The gym was disappointing for a hotel of this standard: one treadmill, one weight machine that was out of order for one day, and a single barbell. That's barely enough for a short overnight stay, let alone a longer one. The Qubus is a pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms, good dining and a great location. It's a solid choice for convenience and relaxing in your room, but don't count on getting much use out of the wellness facilities.

The staff made this stay, and the Qubus excels because of its people. I got a very warm welcome, and every interaction after that was positive. They clearly care about guests' comfort and enjoyment. My room was excellent, clean, at a good temperature and with a comfortable bed. Kasia had prepared it carefully. The small spa and pool can get busy, but the view over the Vistula river is superb. Breakfast had something for everyone, with an extensive buffet that was beautifully prepared and regularly refreshed. I also really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and would encourage guests to try it. The location is convenient for Podgórze and Kazimierz. Heroes of the Ghetto Square, Schindler’s factory, MOCAK and the Krakus Mound are particularly easy to get to. Kazimierz is just across the river, and the trams into central Krakow are a five-minute walk away. I loved the friendly team, the restaurant food, the comfortable room, the impressive little spa and the spectacular location.
