We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here. It's a cozy, stylish place high up in Szczyrk, very clean, and renovated to a really high standard. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful.

Getting to this hotel by car is impossible unless you're driving a tractor. Reception misses calls and calls back two hours later. There was no refund for situations like this.

The hotel accommodation is beautiful, high up on the mountain, and very quiet. In summer, the chalet seems best if you have self-catering in mind.
