Novy Szczyrk

The interior is very modern, and even the way you enter feels modern. It’s a really cozy spot, and breakfast was absolutely amazing! The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, though, and the queen bed was the size of a twin.

The hotel has a wonderfully warm, family-friendly feel, and we were very comfortable there. Its location is fantastic, right on the centenary yet in a quiet spot. The service was top-notch, and the staff’s kindness and dedication went beyond what we expected. A special thank you for the pancakes the aunties made for the children at breakfast. We’re grateful to every lady for the daily smiles and kind words to our children and dog.

I usually stay at a different hotel, but this time I chose Novy Szczyrk Apart, and it turned out to be the right choice all around. It’s ideally located in the middle of Szczyrk. The rooms are spacious with large terraces, there’s underground parking, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The service is contactless, but the accommodation instructions were clear. The one small downside is that checkout is at 10:00 in the morning. I understand that cleaning an apartment of this size to this standard takes time. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Szczyrk.

The apartment was comfortable, cozy, and very nice, with a great location that made it easy to get around and enjoy Szczyrk. It’s an ideal base for exploring, and we had a wonderful time here. The decor and furnishings were a real plus. Cleaning could be more thorough in hard-to-reach spots, like behind the bed, but that didn’t spoil our trip. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort in a great location. We’ll definitely be back!
