Villa 10 Active & Spa

The apartment was clean, nicely equipped, and the rooms looked good, but the heating and hot water were disappointing. It was chilly inside, and when I tried to shower in the evening the water was cold. By morning it hadn't improved much, and in a room for four there seemed to be enough hot water for just one person. The cleaning fee was already included in the price, but we still had to take the rubbish out to avoid extra charges. For what the apartment costs, guests shouldn't have to worry about that.

Modern and well equipped, with a sauna too. Clean, and nothing to complain about.

We ended up not staying the night. The apartment was dirty, the radiator didn't work, and with it 2 degrees Celsius outside, it was freezing inside. The huge glass windows had no blinds or curtains, so there was no privacy at all. Other guests walk along the stairs and through the garden right outside. It felt like being in "Big Brother." The owner showed no remorse and wouldn't try to find a compromise. A TRAGEDY! To clarify the owners' response, we did not cancel the day before arrival. After driving 100 km, we tried to sort things out amicably, but they refused to agree to anything and told us to "file a complaint with Booking."

The sauna was a great way to unwind after skiing, and having a drying room made it much easier to plan our time on the slopes. This was our second stay at the guesthouse, two years after the first, and the room standards were still high, which matters a lot to me. We came in winter this time and weren't disappointed. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing mountain break. Best wishes to the hosts :)
