The owner was so kind, treating our grandchildren like her own. We enjoyed tasty home-cooked breakfasts and dinners, and there was always coffee and tea in the kitchen, day or night. The rooms were clean and roomy, the bathroom comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and plan to return next year.

From the rooms to the hosts, we were very happy: the rooms were excellent, and the hosts were kind and helpful. The guesthouse sits high up, with magnificent mountain views and what I thought was the best view of the Mercury Hotel. You can use the facilities of this longest hotel in Europe without paying extra. The Sanctuary of Our Lady Queen of Poland is nearby, along with a Marian grotto and flowing healing waters. I recommend it.

We decided not to rent the room because it was too far from the Skrzyczne trails and Szczyrk's main street. Still, I think the property is worth a look, especially for views that other places don't offer.

The views from Willa Pod Orłem were breathtaking, and the room was spotless during our wonderful, busy Christmas stay. The owners were incredibly kind and the food was delicious. Sending our best to the hosts, and we highly recommend them.
