The breakfast was included and always tasty, with fresh bread. It did get a bit repetitive, but if you asked, they’d make something warm like fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or sausages. The dining room stayed open all day, with a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, and cereal. There was another kettle in the room, a shared fridge in the hall, and toilet paper was always available. We have really fond memories of the stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was fantastic, close to the ski lifts. The ski room was on the ground floor. Parking was available even with all that snow. The facilities were average, though neat and clean. Some things didn’t work, and the rooms were small. That didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time on the slopes. I recommend the place, especially for the location and friendly service. Just don’t expect luxury ;)

We were there with friends, and it worked well because everyone had their own room and private shower. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, so we could cook whatever we wanted whenever we liked. It was warm and cozy, with parking and free Wi-Fi. Shops and cafes were close by too, if we needed them.

The room was clean, though a bit dated, and the place itself was pretty average. There’s a strong Lysol smell in the rooms, which could make it hard to sleep if you have a sensitive nose. Breakfast isn’t a buffet. You get a plate with a few slices of different cold cuts and some cheese, which felt like too little for the price to me. The products weren’t the best quality either. Coffee comes from a drip machine, and there’s no other option. They put toasted bread in the basket but don’t provide a toaster, so bring one of your own :) I’d skip breakfast. For the same money, you can get something good in town.

It was inexpensive and the place looked nice, but it was very run-down. The wallpaper and carpets were dirty, and the bedding didn’t look fresh. I found a few black hairs on the sheets and was so disgusted that I slept in my clothes. The room and bathroom were cold. The radiator barely got warm, and only heated up in the morning. I don’t recommend it.

We stayed with the family in January 2020. For the price, having a private bathroom and TV was a plus, and the location was fairly good, about a 15-minute walk to the center and ski lift. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and there was internet. The bed linens were ridiculously awful, full of holes and in childish colors with cartoon elephants and monkeys 😆🤣😁. They weren’t even a matching set, all different, faded like they’d been that way for 20 years. Just terrible! The bathroom smelled strongly of some chemical for the first two days, and airing it out didn’t help. The hotel seemed clean, but it felt like the cleaning lady had skipped our room. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, dust in the closet, and mold in the bathroom ventilation. 🤬 Breakfast cost 20zl and was filling, but it was just a selection of sandwiches with coffee or tea. We came to Szklarska Poręba to ski and see the city, and only needed somewhere to sleep, so for the price the hotel worked. The owners really need to sort out the bed linens, though!!! 😉
