In January 2020, they charged me twice for one booking. It had free cancellation, but getting the money back still took until June, and I had to go through my bank. Booking.com didn’t help. I was due to stay on August 20, but had to cancel because of Covid-19. The landlord didn’t respond, and Booking.com put me through the same merry-go-round, making promises, telling me to wait another week, then saying there’d been a delay and I should wait longer. They should remove this "Sponsered property" from their list and sort out their customer service. I’m glad I never stayed, since the place sounds awful.

I never got to stay because of covid 19. I’ve emailed the property about my refund since March and still haven’t heard back. Bitterly disappointed.

A complete disaster. I wasn’t allowed into the apartment, so I can’t say anything about the place itself. The owner didn’t get in touch when I arrived, blocked my number, and ignored all my attempts to reach him. The money for the stay had already been taken months earlier. I’m trying to get a refund through Booking.com, but I’m sure it won’t be easy. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

I booked through Booking with free cancellation, but the full stay amount was charged to my card right away. After I canceled, the owner didn’t refund me. I contacted them in person and got a promise of a refund, but nothing happened over the next two weeks, despite several more promises. I only got back the money I was owed after a woman from Booking intervened. Very unprofessional customer service. I don’t recommend it.
