We felt at home in our spacious, quiet, well-equipped room, and everything worked smoothly. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortable, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, and the amenities went beyond what we expected. Staff were consistently friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We'd gladly come back and highly recommend it.

The rooms were lovely and modern, and we really enjoyed the natural setting. Breakfast had an excellent range, though the dinner buffet offered less choice. More vegetables at dinner would be welcome. We also couldn't properly relax in the wellness area because there were no loungers. The elevator was out for our whole stay, which was inconvenient with luggage and a stroller. Still, we had a really enjoyable visit and found the hotel fine overall.

The forest setting, away from the main street, is a big part of what makes this such a peaceful spot for our family. We come for special occasions or simply to relax, and it's become a cosy place we'd return to again and again. You can feel the care put into the hotel and its guests. It's very new and clean, and the food is on another level: breakfast has a rare amount of variety, while the restaurant serves a wide range at lunch and dinner, including seasonal specialties. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in Szklarska Poreba. ❤️
