Hotel Na Skarpie

The included breakfast was very nice, the women preparing and serving it were professional, and our room was clean. Those are the only two real positives I can give this average hotel, which has plenty of downsides. There’s a school gym field with basketball courts next door, so expect kids yelling early in the morning and playing ball late at night. Construction sites nearby bring more noise, and the road to the hotel is unpaved and dusty. Bring your own soap, as none is supplied in the room. The older receptionist tried to be polite, but wasn’t very helpful, and every request seemed like a terrible chore. Some issues aren’t the hotel’s fault, but there’s still a lot that could be improved.

We had police control in our room just after midnight, with real Glock guns, because we were playing silent videos on a phone. They don’t seem to care about keeping guests’ trust. There’s no price list, and if your hotel bill is over 200 PNL ( Zloty), they won’t serve another drink until you pay part of it first. The woman at the bar was really unfriendly and switched off the lights just before the last store of our billiard tournament. Breakfast was very poor, and the staff were unfriendly too. They wouldn’t even greet you, and saying hello seemed to be a problem. If you have a serious complaint, the staff can’t call a supervisor. This kind of behavior is ruining the polish travel business. Keep away from this polish house called hotel. Never again.

Great location and prices, with delicious breakfasts and really good service. Super hotel. I’d recommend it to everyone!
