If you like a quiet stay, this place is a good fit. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. The Szrenica Mountain Cable Car is nearby, while Kamieńczyk Waterfall is an easy walk along a forest trail. There's a large kitchen with a dining area where you can cook or make a good coffee with the espresso machine. Highly recommend.

We spent four days here in August 2022 with our small child and have fond memories of it. The location is great, close to the city centre and right by the trailhead. Our room was nicely decorated, tidy, and stayed clean even after we moved the bed. The receptionist was very friendly, showed us around, and answered all our questions. After a storm we asked to have the heating switched on, even in August, and they were happy to do it. The kitchen was comfortable and very well equipped, with a coffee maker, stove, microwave, oven, spices, pots, two fridges, and more. There was also a huge living room with a fireplace and kids' corner. Outside, the garden had a barbecue and bonfire area, plus a playground and trampoline. The maintenance man and cleaning ladies were kind and helpful. The building is dog-friendly, and there's hot water in the bathroom all day and night. A few guests said the tap water looked brownish and recommended bottled water for cooking, though we didn't see that ourselves. One disappointment was the outside of the building, which doesn't look very welcoming and seems to be falling apart. The roof leaked after the storm, leaving part of the living room flooded, so we weren't surprised when we saw its condition.

The location is lovely, just 10 steps from the slopes, with parking under the building for an extra fee as stated on the website. A Frog and a restaurant are only a few minutes away. We booked after friends recommended the place from a visit a few years ago, but the rooms are run-down. The mattresses are old, doors creak, paint is peeling from radiators and doorframes, and our window handle was missing. The stairs are extremely noisy, especially for the rooms below, where it sounds like people are running around in ski boots. Guests have also raised the issue of a flickering outside light, and curtains or better blinds would help. In the bathroom, lights were broken or burned out and there was mold in the shower. Although the room had four beds, there was no room for anything else, with no chairs, shelves, or bedside tables. There was only one wardrobe and a low pallet bench serving as a table. The TVs are barely bigger than a laptop. The large living room is a real asset, and the kitchen has plenty of equipment, but it hasn't been finished. After a few days, basics like toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge had run out, and reception was closed. The fireplace wasn't cleaned regularly, so ash spilled into the living room, and there's a hole in its glass that the owners or staff know about. The entrance smells very unpleasant. Other guests told us a dog is sometimes shut in there because it has nowhere to relieve itself, and the odor stays even after cleaning. It seems the place hasn't been maintained for a long time. For the price, it's not worth it despite the location, especially since there are nearby options at a similar cost with better standards. If a good night's sleep matters, I'd look elsewhere or check that you get a first-floor room rather than one on the ground floor.

The double room was tidy and well kept, and it had everything we needed, though we were uneasy about the glass table and worried we'd damage it. A regular wooden one would have suited us better. The shared kitchen was very well equipped. It's right by the Szrenica ski lift, with beautiful views as you step outside, and close to somewhere to eat and a Żabka. I'd recommend staying here.
