The room was nice and didn't seem worn or dirty, apart from the toilet leaking. But there was an IQOS smell throughout the first day, including at reception. I couldn't sleep either night because the reception isn't open in the evening or at night, so noisy neighbours went unchecked, and on the second day there was a party in the parking lot. I'd heard breakfast was amazing, but I don't know where. The eggs were dry, the pancakes were rock hard, and there was no milk for the kids' cereal. The next day they skipped cereal altogether so nothing would be missing. The woman serving breakfast kept moving around and getting in the way. I've stayed in cheaper places that were better.

We had two double rooms in the hotel section, and bringing our large dog was no problem. The rooms were very clean and well looked after, recently renovated, with a brand new bathroom, kettle and tea, hairdryer, and a large balcony. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with a wide choice of tasty, well-seasoned food. From 4:00 PM, we could enjoy the sun in the sauna, which really helped our post-ski muscles. The bar had ping-pong, darts, table football, and billiards for guests to play in the evening. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station, where a train to Jakuszyce leaves every hour. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. I was delighted with our stay, and we'll definitely be back :)

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is outside the town centre, but you can walk to all the main attractions. Our room was clean, with a firm mattress and a modern bathroom without mold. Breakfast had a really wide selection, and the coffee was decent, especially from the freestanding automatic machine. Dinner was great value, though the food warmers aren't very reliable, so it's best to arrive on time. The small TVs connect to the internet through the office network rather than the guest network, which means AirPlay and streaming from your own device don't work. It seems like something that could be fixed technically. The pool table was neglected, and its cues were unusable, which was disappointing.

The rooms, food, location, and service were all top-notch. I gave service only 3 stars because the Ukrainian woman serving in the lounge and bar kept asking about a tip with every card payment. It felt like she was practically extorting tips, which was annoying and put customers in an awkward spot.
